BAUMAT is looking for a highly skilled BIM Architect with experience in Autodesk Revit, BIM coordination, technical drawings, and shop drawings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate architectural BIM models, preparing detailed technical and shop drawings, and coordinating architectural works with project requirements, consultants, and other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
* Prepare accurate architectural shop drawings and technical drawings.
* Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
* Convert design information into coordinated and construction-ready drawings.
* Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
* Review drawings and BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specification
* Identify and resolve design and technical clashes during BIM coordination.
* Maintain proper BIM model organization, naming conventions, families, views, sheets, and documentation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
* Strong professional experience in Autodesk Revit.
* Excellent knowledge of Architectural BIM modeling.
* Strong experience preparing Shop Drawings and Technical Drawings.
* Good understanding of architectural construction details and building materials.
