CEER EV Manufacturing Complex (CMC )

Over the 11-month project duration, BAUMAT executed extensive interior and finishing packages across the facility, covering ceilings, drywall, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other specialist works. Key Project Scope The project included the execution of substantial quantities of fit-out and finishing works: Acoustic & Perforated Metal Ceiling Tiles: 31,000 m² Gypsum Ceilings: 35,000 m² Porcelain Tiles: 36,000 m² Painting Works: 125,000 m² Drywall Works: 160,000 m² Waterproofing Works: 47,000 m² Raised Flooring: 1,200 m² The scale of these works required detailed planning, close coordination between multiple disciplines, rigorous quality control, and efficient site execution to meet the project programme.
